I know it's 2 months away, but anyone going?

I think I am just going to go Saturday for MGMT, Man Man, Beck, and whoever else tickles my fancy.

My girlfriend just moved to Austin. North side, off Parmer. Where's that in relation to the festival? And where's the party? What should I wear? Is it okay to bring a fanny pack and sun visor?

I know there's a thread dedicated to Colorado, but I'm making a specific one for the Fillmore Crew. I'll be in downtown Denver around 1 or 2 pm with hairywang and star3366. We're looking for some good times. Inbox me if you would like to hook up before the show and grab some beers.

Any ideas/suggestions on cool bars downtown close to the venue? Thanks guys.

I posted a thread on the general discussion, but I got made fun of a lot, hahaha... anyway, I live in Columbus, but I can meet you somewhere closer if it's easier... I can throw down gas money of course, just REALLLY want a ride out there, and I might just fly back from Denver, haven't decided. If anyone could help me out, I'd really appreciate it!!

Hey guys,

A company I ocasionally do seasonal work for just offered me a job working in Ft. Dix, NJ from Sunday July 20 - Friday Jul 25.

If I can get into Brooklyn after work for the show(s), is there anyone heading back West that could give me a ride home?
I'd be trying to get back to Buffalo, even a ride to Syracuse or Rochester would save me some troubles.

I can chip in on gas money and share awesome stories about that week's cultural resource...

A little late, but the Salmon Aid Festival is happening. Les Claypool plays a free show tonight, featuring Paulo Baldi and Sam Bass (both from Deadweight, Paulo now drums with Cake, Sam Bass has played with several bands including an appearance on Mr. Bungle's California). Jack London Square. If you can find a spot on the website that says exactly when it's happening, that'd be neat.
