I have some local punk bands I taped back when I had a taping rig. I no longer that the equipment to transfer 2 DAT tapes . Would anyone be willing to help me out here. Great local stuff that I want to put down. My set up was DMIC-20>AKG 480's. Made some nice tapes back in th day.

So I have created many of DVDs of shows I have filmed, recently I bought a new laptop, got a new external mic for my cam and just thought it was time to try out the new Sony Vegas Pro 9. I am used to programs like TmpgEnc and Ulead etc. that have nice easy to use templates for creating dvds. Im sure I will get the hang of Vegas but if anyone knows of any tutorials online or ebook guides that can make the transition easier on me I would appreciate it any input. Theres just so many bells and...
